When it was time to sell my home, I came to Rosie because I had found, when previously shopping for houses in Oakland, that her homes always looked fantastic and sold for top dollar. I was not disappointed. She exceeded my expectations in every phase of the sales process, from preparing the house, to marketing, negotiating, and closing the deal for well over asking. She advised me on how to improve the home without overspending and meticulously guided everything including the staging to make the house look amazing. She acted as the project manager, finding people to do the work and managing them so I didn’t have to. The marketing materials and online presence she created were terrific, with top quality photos that showcased the house beautifully. As a result, we had a lot of interest in the house and received multiple strong offers. When closing the deal, Rosie acted both as my strategist and negotiator, helping me evaluate the offers and negotiate the best terms possible. During escrow she carefully managed the paperwork and the many surprises that came up. She listened carefully to my concerns and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests. Rosie took over with her keen eye for design, hands on work and reliable excellent crew. She made a few select changes preparing our home for the market; changing paint colors in a few rooms, adding a few new light fixtures along with some minor landscaping additions. Furthermore, she hired an outstanding stager and with superb marketing photography and videos, sold our proper- ty in less than two weeks. She is a consummate professional.

Rosie is top-notch and I recommend her without hesitation. She helped me buy my first house and then helped me sell it 10 years later. (I never even considered calling anyone else.) Rosie is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I was able to work with her remotely and she was always prompt in responding to my questions. She coordinated a few upgrade projects (indoor/outdoor painting, kitchen renovation, landscaping, etc.), as well as inspections and staging of the house. I was kept informed of the progress and costs and was texted photos as things progressed. With the Compass Concierge program, there were no up front/out of pocket costs; everything was taken from sale proceeds. Rosie is absolutely amazing. She helped us buy our first home and then helped us sell that same house years later when sadly, it came time for us to move away. From our first experience with Rosie, we found her to be honest, patient and very knowledgeable of the housing market in the bay area. She put up with us for many months to find us the perfect home to start a family in.
