A little something about me

Real estate in Oakland and beyond is exciting, fast-paced, and competitive. Buying and selling a home here requires working with a seasoned Realtor® who understands your goals, has a pulse on market trends, communicates effectively, negotiates skillfully, and does so with confidence, care, and ease. Rosie has been providing these to each of her clients for the past 20 years.

After graduating with a degree in English Communications, she went on to work at two print publications as an editor before joining WJLA-TV, the ABC news affiliate in Washington D.C., and then CBS’ 60 Minutes as an Associate Producer. The producing team focused on human interest stories, which is where she learned the importance of listening and understanding each person’s story, his/her journey, and life’s goals and dreams. For over two decades, this lesson has been key to Rosie successfully helping buyers find their first home and assisting sellers start the next chapter in their lives.
