What I offer buyers:

  • Initial meeting to listen to your real estate needs —What you’re looking for, what you want in a home, and just as important, want you don’t want.
  • Offer loan broker recommendations to help you determine your buying power.
  • Explain the buying process in our local market, which is uniquely different from other regions, and review the various neighborhoods and the amenities that may fit your needs.
  • Track market activity, preview properties and keep you informed of new listings, off-market and coming soon listings to keep you on top of the market.
  • Represent and negotiate on your behalf once your offer is accepted.  Coordinate all buyer inspections, oversee escrow process, and help recommend service vendors, from cleaners to carpet companies.
